We are excited to announce the menu for our upcoming auction
catered by the Renton Technical College Culinary Program.

The menu will consist of passed appetizers, three food stations,
and a Dessert Dash.

Passed Appetizers
Greek: Spanikopeta Triangles
Asian: Shrimp Purses
Italian: Mini Caprese Skewers
Station 1 - American
Fruit Salad
Fresh seasonal fruits topped with vanilla and garnished with a spring of mint
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Baron of Beef
Served with horseradish and small rolls
Station 2 - Asian
Mandarin Salad
Mandarin oranges, snow pea pods, water chestnuts, and slivered almonds
served with sesame ginger dressing

Asian Noodle Salad
Chicken Satay Skewers
Station 3 - Italian
Caesar Salad
Garlic Bread & Bread Sticks
Chicken Marsala
Tender pieces of chicken breast sauteed with mushrooms & creamy marsala wine
served over fresh pasta
