On Tuesday, May 20th, we will be electing officers for 2025-2026. Click here to view the Nominating Committee's list of qualified candidates. If a name is not listed in this report, it is not too late for that person to run! They can attend the meeting on the 20th and be nominated by any member. There are also appointed Committee Chair positions that will become available soon.
You will notice that the VP of Communications role is "OPEN." We would love your help in identifying a qualified candidate for this role. The VP of Communications would ideally be passionate about keeping the Kennydale community informed, have excellent copy writing skills, and be a consistent and clear communicator. They would also do the following or lead a team of people who: Keep the Kennydale PTA website up to date (We use Google Sites, a very user-friendly platform.); Be comfortable using Canva for design of engaging graphics (Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator are also great!); Social media management and content creation; Database Management; Photograph and/or film Kennydale PTA events and programs.
Agendas and past meeting summaries can be found on our meetings page. All community members are welcome to PTA meetings. Children are welcome, too! The remaining meetings for this school year are May 20 and June 3.
